South Lakes Academy Ousted inspection page
In January 2020, South Lakes Academy had its first official inspection as an independent special school and was graded as “Good”. Following our inspection in July 2024, we are pleased to announce that we have continued our “Good” Grade.
“The headteacher and staff know their pupils well. They understand the many barriers to learning that pupils have faced in the past. Nonetheless, they have high aspirations for pupils. The curriculum they have designed reflects these aspirations.”
